  • 1¾ tasse farine
  • 3 cuillerées à thé poudre à pâte
  • Pincée de sel
  • 2 jaunes d’oeufs battus
  • 1¾ tasse de lait
  • ½ tasse huile végétale
  • 2 blancs d’oeufs battus en neige ferme
Dans une jatte, bien mélanger les ingrédients secs, réserver.

Dans un bol, à l’aide d’un fouet à main, battre les jaunes, le lait et l’huile.

Ajouter les ingrédients liquides aux ingrédients secs en mélangeant bien.

Plier les blancs dans l’appareil obtenu en laissant quelques pointes de blancs non brisées.

Faire cuire dans un gaufrier bien chaud, jusqu’à bien dorées.

*Attention, l’appareil gonfle beaucoup et donne une gaufre légère et croustillante (ne pas trop remplir le gaufrier!).

*Donne environ 3 gaufres rondes de 10" de diamètre, ou 4 gaufres carrées de 8" de côté.
