Aux premiers bouillons, retirer du feu et laisser infuser de 10 à 30 minutes selon le goût de lavande désiré.
Passer le mélanger au chinois afin de retirer la lavande et retourner le liquide dans la casserole.
Faire chauffer à nouveau sur un feu modéré, ajouter le chocolat haché et remuer jusqu’à bien fondu.
Ajouter le cacao, le sucre et le sel, remuer constamment jusqu’à bien homogène.
Retirer du feu, ajouter la vanille, bien mélanger et servir aussitôt, garni de guimauves.
*Donne deux grosses tasses de chocolat chaud, ou quatre petites.

- 1 cuillerée à table lavande séchée (comestible)
- 1oz chocolat noir haché
- ¼ tasse cacao
- 3 cuillerées à table sucre
